Italian Stuffed Mushrooms


Keto Italian Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

24 oz mushrooms
2 string cheese sticks
or cubed mozzarella cheese
3/4 lb mild italian ground pork sausage

Directions:

Wash mushrooms and remove stems
Cut string cheese into cubes
Place a cheese cube in each mushroom cap
Roll sausage into balls
Place a ball in each mushroom cap and push down to seal
Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes until sausage is cooked

Makes 3 servings


Each serving: 2g net carbs, 20g fat, 25g protein
